Alcohol and its Effects on your Fitness Goals

Hey there, team Thrive! Today I wanted to chat about a topic that most of us can relate to- alcohol intake and its impact on our fitness progress. Lets be real, a glass of wine or a cocktail can be a really nice way to unwind after a long day, but its important to be mindful of how it can affect our health and fitness goals. 

The biggest thing that often gets overlooked when it comes to alcohol is the number of calories it contains. All of the fruity cocktails and craft beers might taste delicious, but they can also have a very high calorie count! Those calories add up quickly. Keeping track of your alcohol intake during social events, tailgating, holidays etc can be a game changer when it comes to reaching your fitness goals.
